Chongqing Jiangbeizui No. 5 Real Estate Playground
MooTon designed and built playground for community.
Located within Chongqing Jiangbeizui No. 5 Community, this project comprises two design areas totaling 490 square meters. The comprehensive expansion area covers approximately 150 square meters, and the wall expansion area approximately 340 square meters.
Functional Area Description
Comprehensive Expansion Area
This area primarily includes a large, multifunctional main facility and several electric bikes. Taking advantage of the site's topography, a skywalk connects to the existing platform. A treehouse has been added to the platform, and a windmill-shaped roof enhances the overall childlike feel of the project.
Wall Expansion Area
This area offers a wide range of amenities, catering to all ages. Wall-mounted hula walls, talk tubes, and seesaws are suitable for children. Single-person walkers, sit-ups, upright exercise bikes, Tai Chi massage machines, and three-position waist twisters are suitable for exercise and relaxation for older children and adults. The Hula Wall continues the arc shape and uses the circle shape as the design shape. The reasonable and staggered combination makes the wall shape interesting and varied but harmonious and unified. At the same time, the addition of cartoon images and real estate names greatly increases the project image promotion.
