A: For safety and to cater to different age groups, outdoor playgrounds are typically divided into two areas: aย toddler area (ages 3-6)ย and aย main play area (ages 6-12).

A: Yes, our factory can help you customize the playground per your venue size, and please share your thinking to us, and our designer team will help to make it come true, factory will produce the equipment according to the 3D design we confirmed, customized playgrounds are our specialty.
A: Yes. Our American consultant will come to your site for installation advise, and we will provide detailed installation drawings, you can install accordingly. We can also send experienced technicians to install your playground, installation cost is extra.
A: The normal time for an entire custom designed indoor playground is 14-21 days, with 3-7 working days for initial planning and 3d proposal, and another 7-14 days for final designs after revisions.
Production takes around 30 days after the deposit arrives.
Also, it takes another 35 days to ship from Qingyuan(China factory) to America.
Installation could be finished within 30 days depending on how many supervisors are arranged and on the volume of your playground.
In this case, you should place the order 4-5 months in advance before your opening date. You would need more time if the size of your playground is larger.

A: The ceiling height above 10ft is better, the higher the better, each playground story height is 4-6ft, for example, 10ft venue, we can make 2 stories with each level height 4-5ft. If 18ft, we can make 3 stories with each level height 6ft or 4 stories with each level height 4-5ft.

A: We are the local California company with US brand Mooton, and we have our owned factory in China, we can control the production and cost, and we also can offer local service in USA, like double check your venue size before production, installation advise at your site, after sales service, and each year safety check, etc. As the top of indoor playground manufacture, we also have branch office in Dubai.
