On September 11, 2026, SGS, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification, officially awarded Cowboy Group（headquarters of MonTon） its QTL (Qualified Testing Lab) qualification. The ceremony was held at Cowboy Group’s headquarters and drew a distinguished group of attendees, including Mr. Eddy Chow, Director of SGS China’s HL; Mr. Jin Peiliang, SGS National Project Manager for Amusement Equipment; and Ms. Jiang Meifang, SGS East China Sales Manager. Mr. Yi Aide, Chairman of Cowboy, with company’s management team to mark the occasion.
During the ceremony, Mr. Eddy Chow awarded the QTL plaque to Cowboy on behalf of SGS. In his remarks, he commended Cowboy’s laboratory capabilities and quality management system.
Following the presentation, the SGS expert team awarded certificates for the Amusement Training Program to several of Cowboy’s core staff members—a milestone that extends the partnership beyond product testing into talent development and standards co-creation.

It operates over 2,700 branches and laboratories across 119 countries and regions and is widely regarded as the benchmark for quality and integrity. The SGS QTL (Qualified Testing Lab) designation is an authoritative recognition reserved for enterprise laboratories that hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
Earning the SGS QTL is a strong endorsement of Cowboy’s core philosophy: “quality as our foundation, integrity as our core.” Looking ahead, Cowboy will continue to deepen its strategic partnership with SGS—moving from standards implementer to standards co-creator—and bring “China’s smart amusement manufacturing” to the global stage.
